A lifelong foodie passionate about exploring new cultures and cuisines, Steven Keady has traveled to throughout Europe and northern Africa, as well as South America, New Zealand, and Australia. He is particularly enthusiastic about Greek cuisine and has found the Greektown neighborhood in Chicago to offer some of the world’s finest Greek dining. Steven Keady enjoys visiting the various restaurants and cafes along Greektown’s Halsted Street, an area that still hosts events such as the Greek Independence Day parade.
In a trip to Italy, Steven Keady discovered he also has a love of Italian food. In addition to the typical noodles and meat sauce of Bologna, he learned to appreciate the elegant simplicity of Tuscan ingredients, especially cannellini beans.
In addition to his love for food, Mr. Keady enjoys a range of activities, from team sports such as hockey, football, and baseball to individual sports such as skiing, fishing, and running. He supports a number of professional teams in the Boston area; the Red Sox and Celtics are among his favorite teams.
